All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 5 PM EST once payment cleared (PayPal payment method clears the same day, payments outside Paypal may take 24 hours to clear). Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed next business day.

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.) Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Priority Shipping (Domestic US): Orders shipped via Priority Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from ship date.
Priority Shipping (International): Orders shipped via Priority Shipping to addresses outside of the US are typically delivered within 2-10 business days from ship date. Certain locations are subject to longer delivery times. Some countries may hold your package if they have any questions about the contents or a duty fee is required before delivery, which may take longer than 7-10 days. Please contact your countries customs for any questions you may have.

At Radiant Medical, we are committed to helping you achieve the beautiful skin you deserve. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please first call us. W can help customize your kit so it better meets your needs. If a custom kit doesn’t make sense for you, you can return the products back to Radiant Medical for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees).
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date) purchased directly from Radiant Medical. This means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Radiant Medical for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Radiant Medical unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
1. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 506-0665 for additional information necessary to return order and to process credit.
2. Please use the original packaging, if possible, and seal the package securely with tape. We recommend that you insure the package when sending and retain the receipt. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on in the front the original invoice. Please note that Radiant Medical is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 30 days to process a return and credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Important Note:
Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.
If you purchased Radiant Medical products at a store/doctor/spa/salon, please first contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.
Please call us right away at (800) 506-0665 if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next.

So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you choose, you may return them to us for a refund of the product price (less shipping and handling). If you purchased the products from a store, salon, spa or other website, you would be subject to their policy.
